Caribbean apartments with ocean views

In a modern high-rise on Curaçao, we are working on two luxury apartments: one on the 6th floor and the penthouse on the 7th floor. Although the two apartments differ in layout, they share the same design principles, focused on maximizing comfort and creating a harmonious interior that seamlessly aligns with the serene surroundings of the Caribbean Sea.
Since we joined the project later in the construction process, the floor plans for both apartments were largely established. However, subtle adjustments were made, such as relocating non-structural walls to enhance the spatial experience and strengthen the sense of unity. This creates an open, inviting atmosphere with the view as the focal point. The living rooms, kitchens, master bedrooms, and bathrooms all offer stunning ocean views.
This design embraces the unique location, with spaces oriented to fully benefit from natural light and panoramic views. Both apartments also feature two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an office space that can serve as an additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in the future. The penthouse stands out with a spacious terrace, large enough to accommodate a generous dining table where guests can enjoy outdoor dining with ocean views, while the living rooms in both apartments are equally sized.
The palette of light colors and natural materials, combined with warm walnut wood cabinetry, not only reinforces the calm, elegant ambiance but also evokes an airy, beachside feel.
