Urban Apartment Amsterdam

The 4-storey house has a recognizable Amsterdam layout. The high ceilings immediately stand out when you enter. The kitchen space is connected to the living room by means of an extended, custom-made dining room sofa that shows a visible connection between the two spaces. The fixed kitchen wall and the kitchen top is a real eye-catcher due to the use of Fior di Bosco natural stone. The freestanding Piet Boon MASS kitchen unit not only offers functionality but creates a connection with the guests at the table.

A Piet Boon BONE wooden floor has been chosen for the floors, which together with the soft, natural chalk colors on the walls and ceilings, forms a harmonious whole. The result is a balanced and neutral space, where combinations of soft and robust materials, such as linen and natural stone, come together.

“ When you step into the house you find yourself in an intimate and personal environment where all the surrounding objects, from vintage to contemporary objects, are selected on the basis of feeling and emotion. ”
- Karin Meyn
