Boulevard villa

Situated along the boulevard, this villa is designed to embrace its coastal surroundings. The architecture, with a characteristic gable roof positioned perpendicular to the beach and boulevard, aligns with the typology of the surrounding houses.
The villa is structured across three levels. The main living space is located on the uppermost floor, offering an elevated sense of openness and immersion in the coastal landscape. Expansive windows enhance this experience, inviting in natural light and framing the dynamic sky and dune views.
The first level houses a collection of serene private spaces, including spacious bedrooms and refined bathrooms, ensuring comfort and tranquility.
Rooted in its environment, the design features a light-toned, solid stone base that integrates seamlessly into the dune landscape. Above, the wooden upper structure adds warmth and contrast, reinforcing the villa’s natural aesthetic.
