Clear sightlines and carefully repeated materials create calm and cohesion.
Upon entering, the make-up table is the first element to appear. From there, the design continues towards the basins by COCOON, executed in Stratia marble. The block-shaped vanity and integrated washbasin place the material clearly in focus.
Although the make-up area and washbasin area are visually experienced as one whole, they are designed for two different moments. The generous use of wood creates an inviting atmosphere. Behind the bathtub, Piet Boon Paint & Plaster in BIRCH forms a soft and calm background. The bathtub is placed precisely on the centre line of the washbasin columns.
Further back is the wet area, with a spacious walk-in shower and an integrated bench. The niche is finished in the same natural stone as the washbasins, allowing the material to subtly return and connect the different parts of the space.
The tile layout adds to the sense of layering. Within its simplicity, a subtle shift creates tension, giving the wall a playful yet understated rhythm.
For the faucets, stainless steel versions by COCOON were selected. The stainless steel creates a fresh, timeless expression and forms a contrast with the warm materials in the space.

Based on your feedback, we present the final concept and matching quotation. We explain the design choices and technical details, and confirm the final selections. - Step 4 – From vision to realization
After approval, we translate the plans into technical drawings. Before construction starts, we schedule a meeting with your contractor to review the design details and ensure the bathroom is realized exactly as envisioned.
