Indulge in this tropical delight, where the sweet fusion of pineapple and creamy coconut creates a getaway in every sip.
Piña Colada Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- ½ to 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1½ oz cream of coconut
- 2 oz light rum
- ½ to 1 cup crushed ice
- Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, light rum, and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth, adjusting the consistency by adding more ice or juice as needed.
- Pour the smooth blend into your Piet Boon by Serax wine glass.
- Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and fresh coconut.
