Studio Piet Boon announces the completion of the iconic 'ONE DOJIMA PROJECT' in Osaka, Japan
21 June 2024
Studio Piet Boon is proud to announce the completion of the ‘ONE DOJIMA PROJECT’. This project sets a new standard for luxury living and hospitality in Japan: the very first skyscraper in Japan that combines a luxurious hotel and apartments. The project was developed in collaboration with Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.
This architectural marvel is a testament to innovative design and unparalleled luxury in the heart of Osaka. The project integrates the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel with the opulent Brillia Tower Dojima apartment complex. The common areas of the Brillia Tower Dojima apartments complement the luxurious accommodations.
The building, standing at a height of 195 meters with 49 floors above ground, was designed in collaboration with Nikken Sekkei and reflects the city’s identity as a bustling port. The design is inspired by nautical elements such as the graceful sails of a yacht.
The interior design by Studio Piet Boon, in collaboration with renowned art curator Fumio Nanjo, transforms these spaces into oases of elegance and artistic expression. Approximately 50 artworks by world-famous artists, including Kohei Nawa and Yoichi Ochiai, adorn the building.
"The completion of the ‘ONE DOJIMA PROJECT’ marks a milestone in architectural innovation and luxury living. We are proud to have contributed to this iconic development, which redefines Osaka's skyline and sets new standards in hospitality and residential design."

In addition to the luxurious interiors, residents of the Brillia Tower Dojima have access to a range of exceptional amenities, including a sky lobby with bar, fitness facilities, and two multifunctional common areas.
