Beach Residence Antigua

Inspired by the sloping forms in the local area, the design of this villa in Antigua is distinguished by a series of terraces that nestle in the layered natural environment by the sea. Natural stone external walls provide form at the base of the house and reflect elements within the landscape. They thus create a natural transition from the indoor to outdoor spaces.

Sea-level contains multiple bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, a wine room and a gym. Each area is directly connected with the beach and the sea and offers privacy by means of cosy corners. The two levels are joined by a vast terrace and swimming pool which also offers a panoramic view of the sea. The interior of the separate guest quarters contains robust eye-catchers in green natural stone in the bathrooms and customised elements ensure that the art in the interior is showcased effectively.
