Way of working: consultation, creation and finalization
Our Bathroom consultants are experts in customization. Our collaboration will be divided in 3 phases:
Consultation: understanding your needs
We consider every bathroom a unique, personal project. Your visit to our Bathroom Flagship Store therefore begins with an in-depth intake interview. We are curious about your family composition, lifestyle, personal taste and specific wishes. Based on this conversation, we begin designing your bathroom.
Design phase: material and color choices
This design process takes 2 to 3 weeks. During our next appointment, we present a design that accurately reflects your wishes and discuss the material and color choices made. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will use it to refine the final design and corresponding quote, which we will present to you during our third appointment.
Approval to execution: finalization and preparation
Once we have your approval, we translate everything into technical drawings that we send to you. Before the construction work begins, we would like to meet with your contractor. This way, we can go over all the details of the design and ensure that your bathroom is realized exactly as we designed together.
