We are pleased to share our latest collaboration with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, in which we are leading the interior design for the prestigious Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, Miami. This project, co-created with the Related Group and Dezer Development, offers a world of extraordinary living woven into the daily experiences of its residents.
Situated on the Atlantic Ocean, this development project introduces a collection of 92 waterfront residences, including a ten-story tower with 70 units and a three-story building with 22 villa-style homes. Additionally, 11 private boat slips offer residents exclusive access to the Atlantic. This boutique condominium and standalone residential development embodies the concept that extraordinary experiences can indeed be an integral part of everyday life.

A key aspect of our design is the synergy with Rosewood’s ‘A Sense of Place™’ philosophy. We aim to integrate the essence of the Atlantic beachfront into each living space, creating a seamless connection between interiors, exteriors, residential units, and amenity areas.
Inspired by the Miami beach location, our materials palette is a blend of stone and wood, seen in varying textures and tones used in claddings, millwork, and furniture details. Natural green elements are interspersed throughout the design, enhancing the overall well-being of residents and staff.
Beyond our passion for nature, art plays a pivotal role in the approach of Studio Piet Boon. The Related Group’s world-renowned curatorial team will select a collection of museum-quality art for the Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach, Miami. This bespoke art will adorn both the interior and exterior spaces, adding an extra layer of depth and intrigue to the environment.
Our goal is to create a balanced and human-centric environment that encourages relaxation and inspires residents to appreciate the extraordinary in their everyday lives.
