Currently, one of our design teams is shaping the interior concept of a luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia. This assignment involves the creation of the initial design concept (Pre-Concept). This is being accomplished in close cooperation with the Japanese architectural studio Nikken Sekei LTD.
The soul of the hotel is elegantly woven from old and new Arabic identities, which is reflected in the design. Our approach seeks to capture a contemporary heritage inspired by the nation’s rich cultural history and urban fabric.
The hotel serves as a bridge between tradition and the future, combining authentic Saudi Arabian hospitality with contemporary values. Generous spaces with refined details exude a luxurious atmosphere. Local materials and rich detailing harmoniously blend a cosmopolitan approach with authentic traditions, resulting in a distinct environment that engages the senses through multi-layered design.
Exclusive spaces within the hotel provide an intimate setting. The lobby breathes a warm welcome, reflecting local hospitality. Public spaces feature a warm, natural palette in tune with the city’s surroundings. The All Day Dining area is designed to become a magnet for visitors and locals, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. The standard guest rooms offer a soothing palette, providing a comfortable, home-like environment.
The Presidential Suite extends the luxury experience with generous furnishings, thoughtful styling, and a broad material palette. It serves as a contemporary home for guests, offering a tranquil and comfortable place for both short or long-term stays. The guest bathroom, designed as an extension of the bedroom, provides a personal wellness experience.
