Located parallel to the shores of Miami Beach and nestled beside a riverfront, we are collaborating on the design of an exclusive private villa. Surrounded by tranquil water views, this residence is envisioned as a secluded sanctuary that values privacy.
The villa’s layout seamlessly integrates a generous outdoor living space, featuring a hidden jacuzzi, a grand swimming pool, and a bar ideal for social gatherings. The spacious courtyard, complete with a central fountain, offers a versatile area perfect for hosting larger events, enhancing the villa’s appeal as an entertainment hub.
Inside, five generously designed rooms provide a sense of comfort and privacy, seamlessly accommodating both residents and guests. A statement marble kitchen with an elegant bar forms the heart of the home—an inviting space for culinary exploration and social gatherings.
The strategic arrangement of trees, foliage, and outdoor features ensures that neighbors and passersby on the water cannot look in, preserving an atmosphere of retreat and serenity.
