A unique selection of residences
Park Meadows Residences offer a selection of 15 distinct apartment types, designed to cater to various lifestyles and preferences. From intimate one-bedroom layouts to expansive multi-room apartments, each residence serves as a personal retreat, combining functionality with sophisticated design. The project’s dual-tower layout, with one tower dedicated to rental units and the other to ownership, offers flexibility and exclusivity to suit a diverse urban clientele.
Spirit of place
Our approach to Park Meadow Residences is rooted in a “Spirit of place”—an appreciation for the harmonious coexistence of urban vitality and natural calm. Drawing inspiration from Amsterdam’s bustling city life and the quiet beauty of Beatrixpark, the interiors are designed to evoke a feeling of serene luxury. Every detail, from the corridors that transition like an art gallery to the welcoming entrance foyers, complements this blend of city and sanctuary.
Customized living experience
Our philosophy of individuality is embodied through inpirational drawings, created to inspire and empower residents to customize their spaces. Whether combining two apartments into one expansive home or selecting from two bespoke kitchen concepts—Piet Boon LINES and CONTOUR kitchens, each available in two color palettes—residents are encouraged to make their spaces uniquely theirs. Complemented by two distinct material palettes, these choices enable a truly personalized living experience.
Design concept
Each home at Park Meadow reflects a balanced, practical, and elegant design, created with carefully chosen elements. A neutral palette connects the indoor and outdoor spaces, with nature-inspired layers and textures that form an eco-friendly retreat using sustainable materials.
The journey through the residence
The journey begins with a seamless transition from the elevators through the corridors. Corridors serve as curated art spaces, while each entrance is a welcoming statement that combines ample storage solutions with the elegance of a focal art piece. Open-plan living areas are designed for effortless flow, connecting with private outdoor spaces.
The living rooms feature a combination of bespoke cabinetry and open shelving, keeping the spaces engaging, while a continuous stone plinth holds the functionalities, adding both elegance and practicality.
In the kitchen, durable materials and sculptural shapes enhance the culinary space, transforming it into a gathering place for social connection. Dining areas are sometimes integrated into a multifunctional stone plinth, maximizing functionality. A versatile pantry room offers organized storage, laundry facilities, and easy access to keep the kitchen clutter-free and functional.
The bedrooms serve as cocoons of tranquility. Most of the apartments have a dedicated walk-in closet, with the main bedrooms featuring space for personal grooming. Spacious and multifunctional secondary bedrooms offer flexibility, while an additional room is designed for multifunctional use, such as an office, and can seamlessly transform to meet diverse needs.
