The total exterior and interior design of this office is inspired by nature and makes optimal use of its location. Offering wonderful views and an intimate connection with the adjoining land and water, or ‘polder’, the building becomes part of its surroundings through its low character.
The building is shaped like a lower-case letter ‘h’. Its inner area providing a secluded atmosphere with a large overhanging roof.Â
The ‘polder’ side of the office, facing the waterfront, opens the building up with its large windows.
