In the heart of Tuscany, we are designing the restoration of a historically protected farmhouse into a vacation home. This expansive project spans 700 m², set within a larger ancient agricultural estate that dates back to the 14th century. The estate spans 350 hectares, comprising lush forests, expansive vineyards, fruit orchards, a thriving vegetable garden, and extensive olive groves.
Our goal is to transform the farmhouse into a residential retreat while retaining its rustic charm. The renovation aims to harmonize modern design with the farmhouse’s historic structure, respecting its stone walls, aged wooden beams, and traditional roofing. The farmhouse will feature a balanced mix of contemporary and classic design elements, while enhancing functionality.
