Headquarters and warehouse, Hoofddorp

Our team is working on the new headquarters, located at business park De President in Hoofddorp. The project comprises over 1,000 m² of office space and approximately 2,100 m² of warehouse space.
The ambition is to create a building of the future—a forward-thinking work environment designed to adapt to the evolving needs of the company and its people. The office subtly wraps around the warehouse, keeping it largely out of sight. At the front, the building opens up with tall windows and generous ceiling heights, forming a transparent and welcoming façade.
Tactility plays a key role in the material palette. Warm wooden accents—such as vertical slats on the exterior—soften the industrial appearance and add a sense of refinement to the overall expression.
A spacious terrace at the front serves as a natural extension of the workspace. This green outdoor area invites informal use and strengthens the connection between interior and exterior. Around the building, carefully positioned planting and natural materials help ease the transition between the architecture and its industrial surroundings.
Due to the nature of the company’s operations, strict spatial and technical regulations apply. These have been thoughtfully integrated into the design, ensuring a harmonious balance between compliance, comfort, and aesthetics.
