This project involves the design of a restoration and covers 300 m².
The farmhouse is part of an ancient agricultural estate dating back to the 14th century, surrounded by a forest, vineyards, cypress trees, a vegetable garden, and extensive olive groves.
This farmhouse currently has a classic stone exterior with traditional red window frames and a distinct terracotta roof. The wooden beams and brick window screens add to the historic feel. New design elements will bring contemporary functionality while maintaining a rustic charm.
The overall goal is to create a residential retreat with a harmonious balance between old and new, that blends seamlessly with its surrounding landscape.
