With this new kitchen concept, the design team of Studio Piet Boon shows a complete and new living environment in which the new FRAME Kitchen plays a leading role. Spread over a 100 square meter setting, in addition to the new kitchen, an integrated dining setting, fireplace and utility room can also be seen. The open kitchen with cooking island is a clear part of the entire environment. The symmetrical lines form the basis and ensure a smooth transition to the other sub-spaces. The design shows that the kitchen can be a part of a living space, with a view of the outdoor space from the lounge seat by the fireplace. Life outside is thus brought in, creating a constant connection with the entire environment.
The characteristic kitchen design of the Piet Boon FRAME Kitchen appears to be framed like a painting. With its pronounced and slightly protruding frame, the lines of the design are accentuated. For the arrangement of the kitchen in this new setting, the studio team has opted for a lacquered and brushed oak variant. The warm but light and elegant Piet Boon color SHELL, which has been used for this kitchen, shows the beauty of matt and glossy combined.
Due to the symmetrical interplay of lines in the design, a logical and organic passage is created through all spaces and the custom-made display cabinet is part of the environment. The spacious fireplace is made up of separate blocks, which gives the room an architectural appearance. The living environment is also equipped with various products from the Piet Boon collection such as the KEKKE chaise longue by the fireplace and DUST wooden floor and shows a complete and balanced composition. Piet Boon’s kitchen and styling products, such as pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and vases, are also part of the setting.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with the latest technical ingenuity such as a steam oven and dishwasher with sensor for automatic opening. The built-in sink is located in the middle of the Caesarstone kitchen worktop, creating an extra generous workspace. The heat-resistant composite worktop is scratch-resistant, impact-resistant and wear-resistant and therefore suitable for intensive use. The cabinet, fitted with Piet Boon by Formani INC buttons, provides a connection to the dining area. The lavish dining set includes the Piet Boon SAAR dining chairs and IDS dining table.
The high-quality and natural-looking material Caesarstone Bianco Drift composite has been chosen for the kitchen worktop. This material is very suitable for intensive use, so that the kitchen retains its functional aspect in addition to the aesthetic addition to the space. The oak kitchen, with kitchen cabinets equipped with a push to open system, is completely tone-on-tone in the Piet Boon color SHELL. The integrated seating area shows the same warm color and material composition. The perfect match between material and color, from floors to kitchen worktops, creates a unity. A spacious and serene environment that radiates tranquility.
