Your role
You will contribute to architecture and interior design projects, working in alignment with Studio Piet Boon’s design philosophy. Under the guidance of a Lead Designer, you will manage the conceptual, technical, and practical aspects of the design process based on client objectives. Your responsibility will include the creative design of assigned projects, applying both your technical expertise and aesthetic sensibilities while ensuring that all work reflects our studio’s distinctive identity.
Your experience and personality
You are a proactive, creative professional with at least five years of experience in a similar role. You thrive on handling diverse projects for private and corporate clients, taking ownership of your work, and consistently striving for accuracy and improvement. Your passion for design, attention to detail, and knowledge of current architecture and design trends enable you to deliver innovative, top-quality results.
Your skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design and/or Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Design and Architecture.
- Strong architectural skills with a passion for interior design and FF&E.
- Conceptual thinker with a practical approach.
- Technical and construction knowledge is a plus.
- Skilled in rendering, 3D presentation, and project execution.
- Excellent visual presentation skills with a focus on the bigger picture.
- Proficient in Apple tools.
- Design and drawing proficiency using VectorWorks, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Professional, ambitious, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
