Client Operations Specialist
We are seeking a full-time Client Operations Specialist with a focus on bathrooms.

Studio Piet Boon is an internationally acclaimed design studio, specializing in exteriors, interiors, and product design.
What we do
Our multidisciplinary team designs exclusive residences, corporate projects, and hospitality environments, along with an extensive range of products for every space within the home.
We are currently working on over 50 projects worldwide that transcend geographical and cultural boundaries – from apartments in New York to beach villas in Antigua, and from ski resorts in Aspen and the Swiss Alps to residences and hotels in Osaka and Miami. In collaboration with international partners, we aim for authentic, timeless designs that resonate with the lifestyle, values, and surroundings of our clients.
Your role
As a part of the Client Services Team, your focus will be on order management, procurement processes, supply chain, (international) logistics, and customer service.
Your responsibilities
- Coordination of the total order planning and processing for our design projects, with a primary focus on bathrooms. This includes ordering, registering, processing, and monitoring orders (including delivery times), and documentation in our sales information system.
- Financial management of price agreements, order confirmations, invoicing, and checking deposits.
- Serving as an internal point of contact and working closely with the Client Services Team, design studio, and Bathroom Showroom to optimally serve our clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
- Delivering excellent service and, if necessary, correctly handling complaints.
- Streamlining internal communication with relevant departments.
- Reporting and responding to KPIs.
Your experience and personality
With several years of experience in a similar role, you have a passion for design. International experience in interior and exterior design is a plus. You are a natural at networking and can effortlessly manage multiple tasks at once. You are goal-oriented, responsible, and extremely accurate.
Your skills
- Experience with Exact Globe for order management and financial administration is a plus.
- Understanding of financial processes within procurement and delivery trajectories.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Practical experience with automated processes.
- Knowledge of export and logistic processes.
- Several years of experience in order handling, procurement, and sales support.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
